Warehouse Operations Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Operations Analyst to oversee daily operations of a produce ripening department within a distribution center. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, inventory management, forecasting, and Microsoft Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily department operations and employees.
• Monitor the ripening process to ensure product quality and customer standards.
• Utilize Excel to manage inventory forecasts, analyze data, and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse management, customers, and vendors regarding inventory and demand.
• Conduct product inspections and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and equipment maintenance procedures.
• Identify operational issues and implement improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

  * Proficient in Microsoft Excel (required)** , including formulas, spreadsheets, and reporting.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in warehouse, distribution, or produce operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with inventory management, forecasting, and operational planning.
• Knowledge of banana ripening processes and produce quality preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
• Ability to work in a distribution center environment and lift up to 40 lbs.
