- Perform complex asbestos, lead, indoor air quality, and environmental surveys, assessments, data analysis, and technical reporting
- Coordinate and supervise abatement monitoring and field activities, including project walk-throughs, pre-project setup, documentation, and construction progress
- Manage multiple projects, including schedules, budgets, permits, estimates, technical scopes, and regulatory compliance
- Serve as a technical resource for clients and project teams while leading, mentoring, and providing direction to junior staff
- 5+ years of relevant project experience involving asbestos, lead paint, indoor air quality investigations, assessments, or related environment services
- Experience with project design and asbestos abatement oversight
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm
- Ability to travel locally
- EPA and/or New Jersey asbestos certifications are preferred
- New York environment, asbestos, mold, and lead certifications are preferred
