Kitchen Tune-Up is growing rapidly and seeking career‑minded individuals to support kitchen remodeling projects. The Assistant Project Manager assists the Project Manager by coordinating logistics, materials, communication, and site follow‑up to ensure projects finish on time and to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage master job schedules and coordinate installers, deliveries, trades, and templating dates.
- Confirm timing with homeowners and update project status in Job Tread/GHL.
- Prepare job folders, installation binders, and measurement sheets.
- Track milestones, change orders, and punch list items.
- Assist in pre‑construction walkthroughs and documentation.
- Support site visits and completion sign‑offs.
- Communicate proactively with homeowners, provide schedule confirmations and progress updates.
- Track orders, delivery dates, and material readiness; coordinate counter top templates and installs.
- Maintain dashboards for job progress and capture job photos and documentation.
- Support weekly operational touchpoints with Project Manager.
- No schedule surprises.
- Projects begin with full material readiness.
- Installers show up prepared.
- Customers receive timely, clear communication.
- Punch items close quickly.
- Project Manager has full visibility at all times.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage many moving parts.
- Clear communication.
- Detail orientation.
- Experience in home improvement, construction, or remodeling.
- Understanding of trades scheduling.
- Familiarity with job management systems.
- Basic comfort reading plans or layouts.
