Qualifications:

• An understanding of , Procore, or Fieldwire are beneficial.
• Ability to mentor and grow a team of systems specialists and entry level Project Engineers.
• An ability to understand empathetically the issues and perceptions others have and to creatively and successfully work through these issues to achieve a successful outcome and customer and employee satisfaction.

• 5+ years of experience in managing projects in the Building Management Systems (BMS) industry
• Experience including but not limited to:
  • An understanding of computer operating systems including MS Office Suite of products.
  • A working understanding of AC power circuitry including breakers, multi-phase power, etc. (120
    
    VAC and greater)
  • A thorough understanding of HVAC systems and how they operate.
  • Understanding Project Specifications and requirements.
  • Ability to read and understand construction documents, such as Plans, Specs, Contract requirements, Architectural and electrical drawings.
  • Ability to effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to Team members.
  • Ability to successfully resolve conflicts and protect companies financial interests.
