Newark Beth Israel Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Pediatric Float Pool (NICU/PICU/Peds). This role emphasizes compassionate patient care, strong clinical judgment, and collaboration across disciplines.
You will provide nursing care across pediatric subspecialties with a focus on safety and patient education. The RN will work night shifts (7p-7:30a), with every other weekend and rotating holidays, totaling 36 hours per week.
