Shift leader, Restaurant​/Food Service

Flynn Wendy’s is hiring for Shift Leaders who are motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish a team that works well together, increases profits, and provides outstanding service. If you have prior restaurant experience, you may qualify!

Established in 2021, Flynn Wendy’s operates over 190 Wendy’s restaurants across the District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia. • Lead and mentor a shift-based team to deliver great-tasting food and friendly, efficient service.
• Establish a positive team environment, tackle problems, and seek help when appropriate.
• Mentor teammates and provide guidance to help improve performance and customer experience.
• Contribute to achieving store goals, including increased profitability and quality service.

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to work well with others and lead a team.

• Wendy's Shift Leaders: $16 - $18 per hour based on experience and restaurant location
