The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a clean bar area, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
- Greet customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations when needed.
- Verify age and follow all local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, glassware, and equipment.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Monitor guests’ alcohol consumption and act responsibly.
- Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory as needed.
- Work closely with servers and other staff to ensure smooth service.
