Customer Service Rep, Retail Associate/ Customer Service
Overview
The Home Depot is seeking Front End team members to provide fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service at the checkout area. Cashiers process Checkout and/or Return transactions, monitor the Self-Checkout area, and proactively seek product knowledge to assist customers and identify selling opportunities. They follow all policies and procedures to minimize shrink. A Head Cashier positions Cashiers and supports by expediting price checks, approving Point of Sale transactions and markdowns for mainline registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental.
They provide first level escalation for customer issues and assist in supervision, coaching, and training of other Front End Associates by participating in the training of new Cashiers and utilizing available tools to coach and develop others. The preferred qualification for a Head Cashier is 1+ years of Cashier experience.
$17.00/hr - $18.00/hr
