Our Product Supply group is responsible for the manufacture and delivery of all our products. From day one, you’ll work with groundbreaking technologies and collaborate with our Manufacturing groups. This role involves leading meaningful projects that impact the production of globally recognized branded products.

• Develop innovative solutions to improve product designs.
• Coordinate production teams and build capabilities among technicians.
• Lead technical programs and designs in various engineering roles (Process, Converting, Packing, Control System).
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams to achieve business requirements.

• Basic knowledge of process operations and packing unit operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• Strong leadership, innovation, and interpersonal collaboration skills.
• Team orientation and a “can‑do” attitude.
• Strategic and analytical thinking abilities.

• Interest in sustainability topics.
• Experience in Beauty Care industries is desirable.
