Arc Health Justice is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an outpatient primary care opportunity near Bloomfield, New Mexico!

• Pay: $80–$90/hour, based on experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Patient Volume: Approximately 13–15 patients daily
• Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
• Weekends: OFF!
• Assignment: Minimum 6 weeks, with extension opportunities
• Travel & Housing: Fully covered
• Start Date: ASAP

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Active, unrestricted professional license
• Valid DEA with Schedule II–V authorization
• No history of license loss or suspension
• No clinical practice lapse greater than 6 months
• Disclosure of applicable malpractice claims or licensing issues
• Minimum 6-week availability
