Base Pay Range

$25.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Bloomfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is now hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). This position is part-time and includes flexibility in days and nights. Benefits include a mileage stipend, weekend warrior pay, and sign‑on bonuses.

• Part‑time (PT) / as needed (PRN)

• Shift differential $25-$35, including shift diff

• Weekend warrior $4 on Saturday and Sunday on top of your hourly rate

• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if required by facility type.
