Key Skills Required
  • Sales – able to walk in day 1 & close over 50% of the leads
  • Leadership – first in, last out leader who holds weekly 1 on 1s and staff meetings
  • Finance – ability to manage P&L with oversight from leadership
Responsibilities
  • Daily appointment setting, shows, and prescriptive selling of high ticket personal training and memberships
  • Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the company
  • Facilitate staff meetings each week covering key data points and driving action
  • Meet with facility owners weekly to discuss lead generation, sales, fulfillment, retention, ascension, LTV vs COA, revenue, overhead, etc.
  • Be accountable in financial meetings to an annual budget that predicts revenue and cost categories line by line
  • Position yourself when meeting celebrities & professional athletes, providing world‑class service to every person who walks in the door

Front Desk and Member Relations Duties
  • Assisting with check‑ins
  • Setting up new memberships in the POS system
  • Collecting and processing payments
  • Providing front desk sales and information
  • Assisting with special events
  • Managing retail sales

Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions and reporting through Mind Body POS system. Maintain daily/weekly statistical and financial reports. Maintain retail inventory to ensure adequate stock and prevent shrinkage.

Special Skills / Tools / Competencies / Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
  • Experience in dealing directly with clients and providing a positive client experience
  • Effective time management and follow‑through skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders of the company (owners, associates, clients, community leaders, D1 leadership team)
  • Attention to detail with critical thinking skills
  • Positive, energetic attitude with the ability to multi‑task and perform a wide variety of roles
Accountability Measures
  • Adherence to, and promotion of, the D1 Core Values
  • Growth of membership/personal training and retention by providing exceptional customer service in the facility
  • Accurate and timely completion of daily job duties
  • Effective collaboration with vendors to ensure proper service levels for the facility and clientele

Qualifications
  • Associate Degree
  • 3+ years of high ticket sales and management
  • Can out‑sell anyone in the room & loves it
  • Knowledge of gym and retail operations
  • Positive and energetic personality with a “can do” attitude
  • Is a manager who will be the first one in & the last one to leave
Job Details

Job Type: Full‑time

Compensation Structure:
Salary + Profit Share + Bonus Potential

Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 per year [OTE $130,000]

Bonus:
Incentive structure based on facility performance
