Duly Health and Care in Bloomingdale is seeking an OB/GYN committed to empowering health and elevating care while pursuing innovative solutions that move healthcare forward.

- 1:8 call schedule
- Deliveries at Central DuPage Hospital
- Access to outpatient surgical center and in‑office procedures
- Level III NICU, in‑house anesthesia
- Strong internal referral network and collaborative provider partners across obstetrics and gynecology and more than 1,000 Duly providers
- Competitive total rewards salary between $350,000 and $500,000, plus financial bonuses or stipends, CME funds and shareholder track for equity eligibility

The anticipated base compensation range is $325,000–$350,000, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to base pay, the position may be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign‑on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus, bringing total target cash compensation to between $350,000 and $500,000.
