Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is looking for a PRN therapist to join our Admit-to-Discharge team!
What We Offer- $55/hour
- Monday-Friday flexibility, with scheduling between 7 AM-6 PM
- Outpatient and home care patients
- Follow patients from evaluation through discharge
- Flexible caseload based on your availability
- Supportive, therapist-led team
- Bloomingdale Horizon
- Bloomingdale Gardens
- Active Illinois therapy license
- Outpatient or home care experience preferred
- Dependable, flexible, and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to learn Thera Office and Homecare Homebase
