Position OverviewAs a Digital Staging Specialist at Del Medical, you will play a key role in configuring, testing, and optimizing our digital products in a controlled staging environment. Your expertise will ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability, ultimately supporting the seamless implementation of our products for healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Accurately configure and set up digital products, including medical imaging equipment and software, in staging environments.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to identify and address any issues in the functionality and performance of staged digital products.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation related to the staging process, including configuration guides, test plans, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including product development, testing, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication during the staging process.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during the staging process, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Optimize staging environments to facilitate effective customer training sessions, ensuring end‑users are well‑prepared to use the products.
- Provide feedback to contribute to the improvement of digital products based on staging experiences, collaborating with product development teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training is a plus.
- Proven experience in digital product staging, configuration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital products, especially in the medical imaging industry.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
