Lyra Technology Group is seeking an IT Project Consultant for one of their operating companies, Tech Voo. As an IT Project Consultant, you'll play a critical role in expanding our client base. We are looking for a tech‑savvy professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about helping businesses optimize their technology infrastructure.

- Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals in commercial markets.
- Consult with clients to understand their low voltage wiring needs, including structured cabling, security systems, AV setups, and network installations.
- Conduct discovery meetings and assessments to understand client pain points. Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals that align with client goals and budgets.
- Develop and present customized proposals for project-based solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure accurate scope and execution.
- Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar), track progress against KPIs, and provide accurate forecasts to leadership.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote Tech Voo’s services.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably with a consultative approach to selling IT services.
- Strong understanding of managed IT services, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
The targeted salary for this role is $70,000-$75,000 per year and will operate out of the Bloomingdale office on a hybrid basis. If you're motivated by meaningful client relationships, strategic selling, and a dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you!
