This is a hands-on IT Systems Administrator role for someone who takes ownership of infrastructure, not just support tickets. You’ll be responsible for keeping systems secure, networks stable, and users productive in a growing, compliance-driven environment.
Responsibilities- Own day-to-day IT operations across servers, networks, devices, and user access
- Support end users with Microsoft 365, laptops, peripherals, and access management
- Maintain network stability (Wi‑Fi, VPNs, firewalls, switches) and troubleshoot issues fast
- Manage backups, security practices, and system reliability in an ISO/SQF‑aligned environment
- Support ERP infrastructure (Acumatica a plus) to ensure uptime and performance
- Partner with a managed IT provider while retaining internal ownership
- Document systems, processes, and SOPs to keep IT scalable and predictable
- Handle employee onboarding/offboarding from a technology standpoint
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments
- Solid network administration background (VPNs, firewalls, Wi‑Fi)
- Hands‑on troubleshooting mindset with a proactive approach
- Comfortable managing priorities in a fast‑moving environment
- Clear communicator who documents work and anticipates issues
