As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Person to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with key accounts.

• Prospect, identify, and secure new business.
• Conduct on-site customer visits, presentations, and plant tours.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports.
• Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, material requirements, and precision manufacturing processes (particularly CNC turning, Swiss turning, and related machining technologies).
• Reports directly to management / ownership of the company.

• 5+ years of sales experience in manufacturing, industrial products, machining, or related fields.
• Proven track record of sales growth and relationship-building.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated with strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
• CRM experience is plus.
