We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Person to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with key accounts.

• Prospect, identify, and secure new business
• Conduct on‑site customer visits, presentations, and plant tours
• Prepare and deliver sales reports
• Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, material requirements, and precision manufacturing processes (particularly CNC turning, Swiss turning, and related machining technologies)
• Reports directly to management / ownership of the company

• 5+ years of sales experience in manufacturing, industrial products, machining, or related fields
• Proven track record of sales growth and relationship‑building
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self‑motivated with strong time‑management and organizational abilities
• CRM experience is a plus
