Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Overtime:
Must be flexible to stay until 4:30 PM when needed

We are seeking a dependable Material Handler / Delivery Driver to join a precision manufacturing operation supporting the aerospace, defense, and energy industries. This is primarily a warehouse position. The majority of your time will be spent picking orders, operating a stand‑up high‑reach forklift, preparing materials, and loading trucks. You will occasionally drive a company box truck or van between nearby facilities in Bloomingdale, Glendale Heights, and Carol Stream.

• Pick orders from warehouse racks and accurately document materials.
• Operate a stand‑up high‑reach forklift safely and efficiently.
• Move materials to the shipping dock and load company vehicles.
• Verify quantities and accuracy of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling activities.
• Safely load and unload company vehicles.
• Occasionally deliver materials between nearby company locations.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing requirements.
• Communicate with shipping, receiving, inventory, and production teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Stand‑up high‑reach forklift experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicle record check.
• Previous delivery or company vehicle driving experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
• Basic computer, data entry, and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Manufacturing or aerospace experience is a plus.
• Forklift certification is preferred.

• Ability to remain on your feet throughout the workday.
• Frequent lifting, bending, twisting, stooping, and reaching.
• Ability to frequently lift at least 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver materials at or above waist level.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with flexibility to work until 4:30 PM when needed. The position will initially be based in Bloomingdale, IL, with occasional short-distance deliveries between nearby facilities in Bloomingdale, Glendale Heights, and Carol Stream.
