Our Animal Clinic is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Part‑Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. If you are a positive and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a love for animals, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Answer phones, text messages, emails, schedule appointments, and manage client communications.
- Check in and check out clients, process payments, and handle financial transactions accurately.
- Maintain client and patient records, ensuring they are up-to-date.
- Provide friendly and professional client service, acting as the first point of contact for the clinic.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing and managing clinic supplies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong computer and phone skills are essential.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A compassionate and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and their pets.
- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Part‑time, approximately 20‑25 hours per week.

The base hourly wage for this position is $16.00‑$18.00. Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
