Toyota of Bloomington is currently seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our high‑performing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is ready to advance their automotive finance career with a stable, well‑established dealer group.

Deliver a professional, transparent, and customer‑focused finance experience
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate, compliant deal structures
Secure competitive financing and protection options through approved lenders
Present and explain finance products, warranties, and service contracts clearly and ethically
Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
Submit, track, and finalize deals through lender approval systems
Maintain deal receivables and ensure timely funding
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and leadership at all times
2+ years of automotive dealership F&I experience preferred
Prior automotive sales or management experience strongly preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Positive, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented attitude
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or GED required (college education a plus)
