- Identify high-potential opportunities within the P&C Insurance sector through structured strategic planning and market analysis.
- Leverage strong industry network, past relationships, and references to generate qualified leads.
- Acquire new clients and develop strategic partnerships across the P&C ecosystem (carriers, MGAs, reinsurers, brokers).
- Develop and deliver compelling pitches aligned with insurer priorities such as digital transformation, customer experience, automation, modernization, cloud adoption, operational efficiency, and loss ratio improvement.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders—including CIOs, COOs, CUOs, Claims Leaders, and Distribution Heads—demonstrating deep understanding of their business needs.
- Own the early and mid-stages of the sales cycle including opportunity identification, validation, qualification, and solution positioning.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (delivery, consulting, domain SMEs, product/portfolio teams) to design targeted solutions for underwriting, claims, policy servicing, fraud, actuarial support, data & analytics, and other P&C operations.
- Drive business expansion with a strong focus on deal origination, pipeline acceleration, and closing strategic opportunities.
- At least 10 years of experience selling technology, digital, or consulting services to clients in the P&C Insurance domain.
- Proven success in new account acquisition and growing a book of business from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of core P&C functions: underwriting, policy admin, claims management, billing, distribution, regulatory compliance, and digital enablement.
- High-energy sales execution with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- Above-average business insight, executive presence, and outstanding judgment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a "get-the-job-done" attitude and collaborative approach.
- Ability to create and articulate compelling value propositions that demonstrate meaningful short-term and long-term business outcomes.
- Strong ability to build internal relationships across delivery, consulting, leadership, practice units, and external partners/advisors.
