This position does NOT require insurance knowledge or experience – we will train you in everything you need to know! We are looking for self-driven, trainable, and professional individuals to join our Recovery team! Your main responsibility as a Collector is to take/place calls, find solutions and recover assets for clients. Our Collectors start with a base pay of $19.00 an hour ($21.00 if bilingual in Spanish) along with uncapped commissions and possible bonus incentives.

• Make outbound calls to customers/ debtors informing of claim filed against them
• Negotiate repayment and financial plans to recover assets for clients
• Update/validate contact information
• Successfully notate files of conversations had and payments received
• Provide clarity on filed claims and answer any inquiries from customers
• Update and review all accounts to keep records of payments up to date
