The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction and must demonstrate strong organizational and supervisory skills. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, supervising groups, and ensuring efficient project execution within a 50-mile radius of Central IL. Candidates with experience in DOT projects are preferred.
Relocation is required.
