Brief

Description:

The Restoration Supervisor is a first responder in emergency fire and water property loss situations and is in the secondary position of understanding, organizing, and directing on‑site activities. Primary responsibilities include performing advanced techniques for water, fire, and mold mitigation, responding to emergency and non‑emergency services jobs, completing timely and accurate paperwork, field supervision, and mentorship of restoration technicians and labor.

• Responsible for the efficiency and progress of most day‑to‑day field operations.
• Work with the Project Manager to understand and execute the scope of work.
• Assist with daily planning and activity at the project site.
• Ensure crews have the equipment and material needed to perform work.
• Ensure the quality of work meets the highest standards of workmanship based on industry standards.
• Have awareness of the safety and protection of building occupants and workers on the site at all times.
• Complete inspections of work progress and verify completion.
• Communicate clearly with the Project Manager, Project Director, and customer regarding any current and relevant project conditions, as necessary.

• 1 year of restoration industry experience (water, fire, mold) is preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Understanding of MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Maintains a valid and current driver's license; CDL is a plus.
• Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check.
• Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screening.

The work environment is typically quiet. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Regular duties include sitting, using hands, reaching, talking, hearing, and moving around the office.
