• Starting pay: $53-58/hour
• Sign-on bonus: $10,000 (paid after 60 days)
• Hours:
  
  Monday-Friday, with some flexibility; hours may be adjusted within office hours
• Friday: optional

• Identify opportunities to discuss oral health hygiene and its relation to the mouth-body connection
• Review and update dental x-rays and chart notes; maintain dental equipment and x-ray machine
• Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims
• Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance
• Sterilize and maintain dental supplies
• Perform scaling and root planing and/or prophylaxis; apply fluoride varnish and sealants
• Serve as a point of escalation for patient and team relations
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional patient care

• Current certification from an accredited hygiene program
• Current CPR certification
• State license to practice dental hygiene
• CPR certification
• Certification in local anesthesia administration
• Demonstrates leadership and strong communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with dental software (Curve) or similar systems

Ability to empathize and provide top-notch, positive patient care; ability to connect with a diverse patient base; degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program.
