My client is looking to bring on another Dentist to their Private Practice. They offer clinical support with direct one-on-one mentoring to all their Dentists & Specialists. The work environment allows you to concentrate on your area of expertise while others manage patient administrative paperwork and office staffing. You will have the freedom to focus on clinical dentistry and full control over treatment plans.

• NO Medicaid OR Medicare
• Minimum daily guarantee along with production‑based compensation
• Full control over treatment plan
• Reimbursement for License & Continuing Education

• Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.
• Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulous areas.
• Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations.
• Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.

• DDS or DMD degree
• Previous experience preferred, but more than willing to bring on those recent or soon‑to‑be college graduates.
