Job specifics:

• This role is seeking a BE/BC Primary Care or Hospice/Palliative Care Physician to provide services in the Bloomington and Urbana Hospice Agency to support the communities!
• 10 hours/week is required
• Join a well‑established and fully‑staffed team with additional support such as pastoral care and social workers
• Duties include team management, weekly interdisciplinary meetings, time logging, after‑hours call Mon‑Fri until 4:30pm, and occasional weekend call
• 1st call is covered by triage
