Orthopedic Total Joint Surgeon | $1.5M+ Potential | Central Illinois

Join an established orthopedic group in a university community in Central Illinois as a fellowship-trained Total Joint/Adult Reconstructive Surgeon.

Position Highlights

• Practice Autonomy: Dedicated Total Joint Surgeon role with autonomy to shape your practice.
• Surgical Autonomy: Perform elective procedures of your choice and determine your approach to revisions.
• Established Referral Base: 65% of local PCPs already within the network.
• Flexible Schedule: Flexible schedule with blocked OR time.
• Call: Shared call considered light.

• $725,000 guaranteed base salary plus RVU production incentives
• $1.5M+ total compensation potential
• Up to $300,000 annually in ASC ancillary income.
• ASC partnership opportunity.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training in Total Joint / Adult Reconstructive Surgery required
• Open to 2026 and 2027 graduating residents/fellows
