You will design and deliver individualized, standards-based instruction, develop and implement IEPs, and monitor academic and behavioral progress for at-risk students. Working closely with school districts and a small, collaborative team, you will create a safe, structured classroom, integrate behavior supports, communicate with families, and advocate for student success in a student-centered, personalized environment.
