Project Manager for Transmission Lines and Substation oversees services projects encompassing HV, MV, and LV transmission lines, underground and overhead. Potential to own projects in distribution, private networks, and BESS. This role includes 10% travel to project sites.

In this role you will:

• Execute projects that make substantial community impact
• Own a diversity of electric grid projects, from innovative to proven technologies

• Actively promote a safety culture
• Respond to RFPs and prepare proposals for services work
• Lead project team during conceptual design and procurement phases of substation projects
• Manage schedule, budget, and scope of services projects
• Interface between client, external stakeholders, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success
• Work in both corporate and field environments

Act as project manager and lead a project team, whose composition may vary by project.

• 10+ years of industry experience in high‑voltage, medium‑voltage, and low‑voltage substations
• Experience in multiple phases of project execution
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Professional engineer license (PE, P.Eng, or equivalent)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements, including background checks, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search

• Hybrid or flexible work options after first 90 days, based on manager discretion, performance, and assignments
• Typical office and construction environments, with exposure to extreme weather, high noise, safety hazards such as electric currents, scaffolding, and high places, chemicals, and atmospheric conditions; duties include walking, talking, reading, writing, typing, driving, filing, reaching, stooping, crouching, bending, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 40 pounds
