* Support to promote FOX
2.0 Concept & TPM culture together with responsible functions. Through collects ideas/workshop opportunities for continuous improvement, assuring the achievement of excellent operation results in terms of SQCDME.
* Assist SSP Manager developing FOX
2.0 tools Facilitators/Experts and promoting usage of FOX
2.0 tools (5S, AM, PM, KK, SMED...).
* Responsible for daily operation of MiCo ideas by regular evaluation of MiCo idea quality, continuous monitoring of MiCo idea trust curve, regularly summery and sharing of common MiCo approaches to secure the sustainable implementation of MiCo activities.
* Lead FOX 2.0 or SMART Factory related group or local projects with identified project governance to secure the progress of initiation, deployment, execution, and closure.
* Promote the “SMART Factory” concept to all functions by introducing group SMART Factory roadmap, purpose, model, and digital tools.
* Work with group SMART Factory program team and user departments to prepare, deploy, and activate SMART Factory digital tools.
* Master’s degree in Engineering (pref. top score)
* Fluency in English
* The knowledge of Italian is a plus
* Max. 12 months after university graduation
* First practical work experience (e.g., internships or voluntary activities) would be a plus
* To pursue an international career in “Operations”
* Curiosity, openness and intercultural competence (with international mobility)
* Previous international experience is a plus
* Committed, logical and process-oriented work approach
