Job Summary
Unique opportunity to work at a design center for a company that manufactures its own product. We're seeking a Civil Engineer who is an organized, strong communicator who wants to learn building design/build and pursue structural estimating. You should have a BS Civil Engineering and structural knowledge. This is a unique opportunity to start by learning structural estimating and to explore different career paths – structural design, project management, leadership, drafting, and more.
You must be able to work in the United States without present or future visa sponsorship. Relocation assistance provided!

Responsibilities
- Design projects with accuracy and within given time frames
- Lead estimating project cost and pricing from structural design
- Manage projects through effective communication and documentation with leadership, customers, and teammates
- Assist in project meetings, estimating, and R&D as requested
Requirements
- BS Civil Engineering or related, Construction Management to be considered
- Strong communication skills, team‑player mindset, and leadership qualities
