Job Summary
:
The Vice President of Clinical Operations will oversee clinical services across multiple skilled nursing facilities in Central Illinois, requiring frequent travel (50-75%). The role ensures regulatory compliance, quality care, and operational efficiency while leading facility teams.

• Lead clinical operations across multiple facilities.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, IDPH, and Joint Commission standards.
• Implement quality improvement and clinical policies.
• Monitor KPIs and patient outcomes to drive performance.
• Travel to facilities to support staff and address challenges.
• Collaborate with leadership to align clinical and organizational goals.
• Manage clinical staffing, budgets, and risk.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field;
  Master’s preferred.
• Active Illinois RN license required and LNHA preferred.
• 7-10 years of leadership experience in skilled nursing, including Director of Nursing (DON) experience.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Central Illinois.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and quality assurance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office.
