Total Spectrum is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high‑quality, evidence‑based, contemporary ABA therapy to children with autism. Our clinicians deliver individualized, person‑centered care rooted in the principles of assent‑based treatment and partner with parents and caregivers to nurture the potential of every child for success in school and life. We have reasonable billable expectations for our team.

Part‑time and full‑time positions available.

For nearly 10 years, Total Spectrum has helped children, teens, and young adults with autism build skills needed to live happy and fulfilling lives.

As a Behavior Analyst at Total Spectrum, you’ll access experienced local clinical leadership and support, and be part of LEARN Behavioral—a collective of over 500 BCBAs delivering collaborative care in 18 states. Our average clinical leader has been with the organization for 10 years.

Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
  • Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
  • Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
  • Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
  • Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
  • Treat the safety of clients and others involved in each case as a top priority.
  • Consult with clients and provide continuous program direction and maintenance.
  • Analyze data/behavior and make data‑based decisions.
  • Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
  • Ensure program directives from the senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely.
  • Deliver individualized, person‑centered care rooted in the principles of assent‑based treatment.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or higher.
  • BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.
  • Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal).
