  • On average, our Behavior Technicians are ready to sit for their certification exam within just 35 days of their start date.

    184 RBTs earned their certification and advanced in our career track progression program—with several more of our RBTs moving forward to become BCBAs!

What We Offer Competitive Pay + Shared Success Bonus
  • High School Diploma/Associate’s Degree: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour
  • Master’s Degree (ABA, Psychology, Special Education): $21.00 – $28.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
  • Work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to help them achieve their developmental goals
  • Implement therapy programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Support clients and their families with compassion and dedication
  • Engage in fun, rewarding activities while promoting skill-building and growth

Basic Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds, bend, and squat for up to an hour a day
  • Ability to move quickly and follow children throughout the center, sometimes at a rapid pace
What Makes You Stand Out
  • Previous experience with children (not required but a bonus!)
  • A desire to grow within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
