Overview:
You will be responsible for leading the engagement of a Fortune 1000 account and managing ongoing projects to ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. This includes leading weekly status calls, technical support review meetings, quarterly executive presentations, and providing operational leadership and guidance daily. The Technical Engagement Manager will ensure that the account receives optimal support and maintains industry-leading customer satisfaction levels.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality standards for technical and business service delivery
- Oversee and manage projects and accounts directly
- Advocate for client service requirements and adopt an 'outside-in' perspective
- Leverage expertise in IPsoft services to promote solutions to the client portfolio
- Coordinate between clients, IPsoft executives, and technical experts to ensure consistent communication and quality
- Participate in conference calls, demonstrations, and presentations with internal and client teams
- Support business and operational development initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or similar; preference for business-oriented technical degrees or dual majors
- 5-8 years of hands-on technical experience in relevant domains
- 2-3 years in a business-oriented role such as technical project management or IT leadership
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong organizational skills
- Results-driven with a strong work ethic; attention to detail
- Deep understanding of business-driven technology solutions
- Passionate and accountable for work and career
- Experience in managed services preferred
- Knowledge in at least two of the following domains:
Data Networking, Storage Management, Windows Administration, Messaging Platforms, Application Programming, Data Center Management, IP Telephony, Security, or Business Management Principles - Additional training in project management methodologies (Six Sigma, Prince2, PMBOK) is a plus
