QA Automation skills in QTP and Selenium; GC-USC

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of QA Testing and Automation experience
• Understanding of estimation methodologies and knowledge of quality processes
• Skills:
  
  Analytical abilities, strong technical skills, communication skills, ability to work with diverse stakeholders, people coordination, and strong domain knowledge in Life and P&C Insurance applications
• Strong automation expertise with hands-on scripting experience, assessment of automation requirements, building automation frameworks, and deriving ROI. Knowledge of automation tools like QTP, Selenium, etc., is essential.
• Analytical and communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment

The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Ability to communicate via telephone, email, or face-to-face is required. Travel may be necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the field may substitute for each year of education.
