Position: UX Designer

Experienced UX Strategist with a visual design background with the ability to review digital designs and assess compliance with enterprise digital standards.

Although work is primarily done within brand and design standards, candidates must demonstrate past success with pro-actively consulting on designs to create cohesive experiences.

Duties:

• Provides feedback for digital user experience work

• Promotes and cultivates the continuous improvement of digital experience standards and digital governance

• Review creative experiences and provide feedback to improve usability, alignment with Enterprise Digital Strategy and Brand Standards

• Provides training on enterprise digital standards to design teams and business partners.

• Provides feedback on trends found during governance reviews and identifies knowledge gaps.

• Serves as a point-of-contact for enterprise digital standards.

• Ensures compliance to UX design processes and design quality standards
