• Lead a high-performing team to turn complex data into actionable insights that shape strategy and decisions.
• Work with teams across the enterprise to identify, assess, prioritize, and implement advanced analytics solutions to drive measurable business value.
• Manage our Data Solution Delivery team, building and maintaining data pipelines, advancing enterprise data capabilities, delivering actionable insights, and supporting critical business operations.

• Lead meetings to present analysis, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders to aid in strategic decisions.
• Implement advanced analytics and manage projects and resources.
• Oversee creation and delivery of high-quality advanced analytics solutions involving AI, predictive modeling, and deep learning.
• Support team acquisition, manipulation, and execution of data analysis while maintaining data integrity.
• Manage implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery plans and activities.

• 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent mix of experience, education and training.
• Proven history of leading efforts to evaluate, develop, and implement AI models.
• Experience leading data engineering and data development efforts.
• Strong working knowledge of cloud data platforms, tools, and practices.
• Proficient in Agile Methodologies.
• Strong communication skills tailored to audience.

Base Pay Range $156,400-$215,050
