Performance Analyst / Resiliency at HTC Global Services
We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Performance Testing Analyst to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications. In this role, you will work closely with cross functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize testing activities across a variety of platforms and environments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands on testing, problem solving, and contributing to high impact technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with application and product teams to execute performance and functional testing activities, including job execution, troubleshooting issues, writing and maintaining test scripts, managing defects and errors, and providing guidance on test execution and results analysis.
- Perform testing across multiple platforms and technologies, including Salesforce, AWS, and Red Hat on AWS ROSA.
- Provide comprehensive testing services for applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and quality standards are met.
- Develop, maintain, and execute test cases, test scripts, and automated testing solutions to support continuous delivery initiatives.
- Support and operate testing facilities and environments for different types of application testing, including rebuilding and maintaining test environments as scheduled.
- Lead testing efforts by collecting and maintaining evidence of testing activities, reviews, approvals, and results.
- Create and maintain testing artifacts such as test plans, test risk management plans, test data, repositories, and documentation that demonstrate testing coverage and outcomes.
- Adhere to established testing standards, processes, templates, and requirements, as well as data quality, data security, data management, and privacy standards.
- Record, report, and present test results, including conducting walkthroughs with stakeholders and documenting defect resolutions and corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze production issues and incidents to continuously improve test models and overall testing effectiveness.
- Participate in coordinated testing events and execute performance testing aligned with Salesforce and organizational release schedules.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards for product teams to support decision making and performance monitoring.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce environments and build, maintain, and support Salesforce System of Engagement test environments.
- Hands on experience with performance and testing tools such as Load Runner, JMeter, Insomnia, Informatica, and related utilities.
- Experience working with mainframe environments and tools including Rumba and DB2 Client.
- Strong understanding of performance testing environments and supporting tools such as Putty, WinSCP, Control M, and Service Now.
- Familiarity with AWS and ROSA environments, Salesforce platforms, and mainframe systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
