State Farm Insurance -  [Office Assistant / Receptionist] As an Assistant at State Farm Insurance, you'll:
Assist customers with their insurance needs; provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and processing policy changes; collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks; maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records; handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and courteously; assist in the preparation of insurance quotes and policy documents; process insurance claims and follow up on claim status;

provide guidance and support to customers in selecting appropriate insurance coverage; stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulations; assist in organizing and coordinating customer events and promotional activities.
