As a member of our recovery team, you will have a direct and lasting impact on people’s lives, both close to home and afar. Through immersive and encouraging training, we will provide you with guidance and supportive coaching on your route to personal and professional growth.
This is a fully trainable, Full-Time position; no experience required!

Our Claims Recovery team is looking for organized, self-driven, and trainable individuals to join our Bloomington, Illinois office! A strong candidate will have the ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish fluently, and is a team player with a positive attitude.

Our Bilingual Collectors earn a starting base pay of $21.00 an hour plus uncapped commission.
