Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Attention to detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Relocation to Madison, WI fully reimbursed.
• COVID-19 vaccination.
