• Lead in the Community: Be the face of INB in your area, building relationships with businesses, organizations, and community members.
• Inspire Your Team: Recruit, coach, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve branch goals.
• Drive Growth: Expand customer relationships, grow deposits, and promote INB’s innovative products.
• Deliver Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, compliance, and a welcoming branch environment.

• A natural leader with strong community connections.
• Experience in banking, sales leadership, or financial center management (5+ years preferred).
• Strong communication and coaching skills - you enjoy helping people grow.
• Business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain NMLS registration (SAFE Act requirement).

Supervise branch staff in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Focus on the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of staff; interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
