Crop Application Specialist - Evergreen FS - Bloomington, IL

Salary: $18-$25/hour

Growers trust Evergreen FS to deliver top-performing crop protection and fertilizer products that ensure the best performance throughout the growing season. Our Operators help keep crops healthy from planting to harvest, maximizing crop production.

• Service customers with crop protection and fertilizer applications, assist in equipment maintenance.
• Apply crop production products following recommended rates and pesticide labels, record application data per regulations.
• Set up and operate material handling, blending, storage, transport, and application equipment.
• Perform daily safety checks on vehicles and maintain, repair, or service equipment as needed, following safety and maintenance protocols.
• Load and unload materials safely, ensure all products are accounted for.
• Operate sprayers, trucks, and other equipment safely, adhering to company and DOT standards.
• Perform additional duties and assist in other departments as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 2 years of related experience.
• Possession or ability to obtain a Commercial Operator's License and pesticide/fertilizer applicator licenses.
• Ability to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call as needed.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments, lift 51-70 lbs., and follow safety protocols.
• Willingness to participate in training and ongoing education related to the role.
