About the Role:
The main function of a Warehouse Packer is to handle all merchandise that is packed and sealed for shipment and stack material unloaded from trucks.
Main Responsibilities:When working on the line as a packer, there are two main positions.
Warehouse Packer
- Remove boxes of candy from conveyor and load onto pallets
- Stock tape wrapping machine
- Fold cardboard boxes to prepare for filling
- Fill boxes with bulk candy
- Close and tape boxes and stack onto pallets for transportation
Relief
- Coordinate break times for designated warehouse packers
- Fill in at each line when warehouse packer is on break to ensure line runs with no interruption
We are looking for reliable, team-oriented, enthusiastic employees to join our team.
Due to this plant being a three shift operation, you must be willing and able to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends.
Compensation DataThe base rate for this position is $26.81 hourly. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
