The Nurse (RN or LPN) is responsible for providing direct nursing and personal care required to the resident, supervising the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants, and supporting all activities of daily living that ensure the health, welfare, and safety of all residents of the facility.

• Monitoring residents’ condition and assessing their needs to provide the best possible treatment and care.
• Prepare and administer medication as ordered by the physician.
• Perform routine charting duties as required & in accordance with established charting & documentation policies & procedures.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required.

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN program with a pharmacology course.
• Must possess a current Illinois unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN.
