Sign‑On Bonus Eligible! $20,000 for RNs with 1+ years of experience; 2‑year work commitment to the department for external candidates. Protects, promotes, and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of the Registered Nurse licensure; collaborates with providers and multidisciplinary team members to provide care coordination across the continuum. Assesses and supports physical symptoms, provides psychological support to patients, families, and friends, mentors assigned team members, promotes best practices, and maintains a professional disposition at all times. The RN Hospital Inpatient/ED operates in units that provide 24/7 care in the hospital.

Required Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing in Illinois or Michigan.
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS certification prior to the start date.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent education.
• Experience as an RN in a healthcare environment.
• Basic proficiency with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft applications.
